Maillard and Co have announced the acquisition of Sarre and Co, due to formally complete at the end of this month.
Sarre and Co is a commercial property firm specialising in agency, management and professional services. The business has been operating in Jersey for 27 years .
Sarre and Co, along with its dedicated team of staff members, led by Alistair Sarre and Julian Roffe will remain at their Gloucester Street offices. Maillard and Co’s commercial property team will integrate with Sarre and Co, creating a dynamic and experienced group of RICS qualified, commercial property experts.
Maillard and Co has extended gratitude to Rialto Investment Partners for their support in leading the deal and making this acquisition possible.
