Out of town tax drop-in

The Revenue Service is holding an out-of-town drop-in aimed at assisting customers who find it difficult to get to Edward T. Wheadon House to get help with filing their tax return.

The drop-in will take place in the Howard Collas room at the Vale Douzaine on Tuesday 28 May from 9am to 4pm.

Customers will be able to:

  • Get help registering for online filing
  • Collect a paper tax return
  • Get help filling in a paper or online tax return
  • Get help with general tax queries

Nicky Forshaw, Director of the Revenue Service said: “We recognise that some customers need additional in-person support with their tax return but find it difficult to get to Edward T. Wheadon House. This session is designed specifically to help these customers as the Vale Douzaine has easy access and parking. Customers will also be able to sit while they are served.

“This is the first in a series of out-of-town drop-ins with further sessions planned for St Saviour’s Community Centre and St Martin’s Parish Hall in the coming weeks. Full details of these sessions will be announced in due course.”

Customers who want to get help with online filing should bring a laptop, tablet or mobile phone with them. Access to the Howard Collas Room is through the side entrance to the right of the main doors.
