Laserfiche, the SaaS provider of intelligent content management and business process automation, has won the award for ‘Change management process/best implementation of a technology solution’ at the 2024 WealthBriefing European Awards.
The award win showcases work by MBS to implement an innovative solution with a trust and corporate services provider (TCSP) which used Laserfiche to digitalise 40 business processes. The solution delivered a wide range of business benefits including raising staff productivity and satisfaction, improving client service and ensuring consistent evidence of compliance while reducing costs.
Peter Bruges was the CEO of the TCSP and led the implementation of Laserfiche. Peter, who is now the Principal at Stonebridge Consulting, works closely with MBS to help TCSPs to accelerate their digital transformation.
