The Jersey Chamber of Commerce has the distinction of being the oldest Chamber of Commerce in the English speaking world. Founded in 1768, it is dedicated to the promotion of trade, commerce and the general prosperity of Jersey.
This year sees the 250th anniversary, and the team at Jersey Chamber, led by Murray Norton, is excitedly planning for a gala celebration dinner, to take place on Friday 19 October, with start entertainment from impressionist Rory Bremner and munis from The Rat Pack.
To coincide with this unique celebration, there will be an official, high quality commemorative magazine. Organisers are inviting local businesses to participate in the magazine, which will be placed on all seats at the gala event, as well as being distributed across the island during October.
Jersey Chamber is the largest employer representative body on the island.
