International funds, private client and corporate service provider, Oak Group, announced three senior promotions across its Channel Island offices.
Neil Papworth has been promoted to Group Head of Risk & Compliance. He joined Oak Trust Guernsey after relocating to the island in 2011 and spent 4 years working in the Risk and Compliance team. After broadening his experience, Neil re-joined Oak in 2018 as Risk & Compliance Manager in Guernsey. Since then, he’s been worked closely with the Group as a whole and has gained a range of experience in the compliance sphere.
Ronan Morrison joined Oak on a consultancy basis in May 2023. Since joining Oak, Ronan has proven his technical abilities and as a result, built stronger relationships with our clients.
With over 18 years’ experience in the Funds industry, Ronan is now a permanent member of the team and has been promoted to Director, Guernsey Funds.
Joining Oak Jersey’s Funds and Corporate team in 2021, Sarah Earles has been promoted to Director. With over 15 years’ experience in fund administration, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge in private equity and venture capital fund administration. She is responsible for a number of client relationships and oversees the delivery of fund administration services including structure administration, company secretarial, client on-boarding and corporate governance.
