Founded by Advocates Clare Nicolle and Nick Marshall, boutique law firm, Nicolle Marshall LLP, has open its doors for the first time.
The firm is focused particularly on wealth structuring and estate planning for both local and international clients.
Clare has a wealth of experience advising on wills and estate planning and capacity matters and is currently the Chair of the Law Society’s Sub-Committee on Succession and Capacity matters. Clare is joined by Sarah Hope and Kirsten Rowe, who have worked together with Clare for 8 years.
Nick has significant experience advising on Jersey law private wealth structures and on a wide range of company and commercial matters, employee incentive arrangements and charities law.
