As Easter approaches, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa have announced an initiative to support families in need with an Easter egg donation drive throughout the month of March.
Brighter Futures is the charity of choice for Hand Picked Hotels in Jersey and the teams are rallying support to collect Easter eggs for distribution among some of the 150 families with whom the charity currently works.
The donation drive will run throughout the month of March, giving staff, guests and members of the local community ample opportunity to contribute. Whether it’s a single egg or a basket full, every donation will help brighten the Easter celebrations for families supported by Brighter Futures.
Sarah Nibbs, Fundraising, Events and Partnerships Manager for Brighter Futures, said: “This is a wonderful initiate by Hand Picked Hotels, and another example of their kindness towards us. The rising cost of living does affect families in Jersey and the gift of an Easter Egg will mean a lot to our clients.”
Easter eggs can be dropped off at the main Reception of Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa or the Spa Reception at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa from now until 28th March.
