Investec Bank has announced a year long sponsorship with STEP Jersey, supporting its programme of educational events for fiduciary professionals.
STEP is a global professional body of trusts and estates practitioners. STEP Jersey is one of the oldest and largest branches in the world, with over 1,000 members and it hosts regular lunchtime continuing professional development and networking events, as well as an annual conference highlighting themes of interest to trust and estate practitioners.
This year it will also be holding an awards afternoon in March to recognise the best students in the STEP International Diploma and Certificate exams and an inaugural summer ball in June.
STEP Jersey Chair Stephen Alexander said: “We’re delighted to have Investec on board as our sponsor. They’re the first bank we have partnered with, and it feels like the perfect fit, giving STEP the benefit of their extensive experience in banking for trust and corporate service providers.”
