The shortlist for the sixth annual Jersey TechAwards were announced at Digital Jersey’s Annual Review event.
Organised by Digital Jersey with C5 Alliance as headline sponsor, the Jersey TechAwards recognise the high-calibre talent across the Island’s increasingly diverse digital sector while also showcasing the innovative use of technology in non-digital sectors of the economy.
The winners will be announced from those shortlisted at a gala ceremony at the Royal Jersey Showground on 26 April.
Last year’s hugely popular awards ceremony was the biggest to date, attended by close to 500 people and highlighted the growing importance of digital solutions in all areas of society, as well as the value added by the sector to the Jersey economy.
Commenting on the Awards, CEO Digital Jersey, Tony Moretta, said: “Jersey has a wealth of tech talent at its finger tips, all making strides in transforming how we work, live and interact. Now in their sixth year, these Awards look to showcase that talent while serving as inspiration to others by highlighting the level of innovation, ambition and leadership we are fortunate to have on our Island.”
Stuart Richford, Group Commercial Director, C5 Alliance, added: “These Awards offer a fantastic opportunity to recognise the innovators and entrepreneurs who are at the forefront of driving transformative change in Jersey. We are proud to support this event as headline sponsor and are looking forward to celebrating our collective achievements with our friends & peers across the industry.”
