Guernsey-based leadership consultancy, Leaders, has released an audio version of the leadership book they published in November, The Leaders Book.
The audiobook is narrated by authors, Phil Eyre, Founder of Leaders, and Leadership Directors, Kareena Hodgson and Nicole Le Goupillot. The Leaders team hope that releasing an audiobook will allow their publication to reach a new audience, and help leaders across the world better understand what it takes to lead with moral courage, authentic trust and a living legacy mindset.
Nicole Le Goupillot, Leadership Director, said: “Everyone is different, and we all like to access books in different ways. For some of us, sitting down to read with the physical book in our hands is delightful. Others prefer to have it in digital form so that they can carry the book around with them more easily and read whenever they get a chance. Others of us like to listen to it being read.
“An audio version makes the book more accessible, allowing everyone to develop their leadership skills in a way that suits them.”
