Light up a life
Christmas is traditionally a time to be with family, friends, and loved ones to celebrate together – but this can be difficult if that special person who lit up your life won’t be here to celebrate with you.
That’s why Jersey Hospice Care is hosting its annual Light Up A Life event – to encourage the community to get together and remember their loved ones with a special dedication. You can add a light to our Christmas tree in memory of that special someone, which will shine brightly on our tree throughout Christmas and into the early New Year.
The Service of Remembrance will also include music from local acts, poems read by members of the Hospice team, and a candle lighting ceremony; with each candle representing different aspects of grief.
