Experienced senior litigator Advocate Rebecca McNulty has joined Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team as a Managing Associate.
Skilled in commercial litigation, contentious trust, regulatory work, property related disputes and insurance litigation including high value personal injury and professional indemnity claims in particular, Rebecca brings 15 years’ experience to the team headed by partner Nick Williams.
Nick said: “Rebecca is a welcome addition to the team, bringing with her many years of experience and a very strong reputation across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, particularly insurance-related disputes. We are very pleased to have her on board – her client-focused and responsive approach fits perfectly with the Ogier way of doing things.”
Rebecca is recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Citywealth, with Chambers labelling her a “Rising Star” and noting client feedback that she is “an impressive client-focused, pragmatic and commercial lawyer with an excellent client manner”. Citywealth named her a “prominent figure” in the Leading Lawyers category.
She is the co-author of the chapter on Jersey in Bloomsbury Professional’s “International Guide to Money Laundering Law and Practice”.
Rebecca spent just under ten years in the disputes team of another Island law firm prior to joining Ogier – she is qualified in both Jersey and England & Wales, having trained with Hill Dickinson LLP in Liverpool.
