Dylan Latimer has been admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey at a swearing in ceremony.
Dylan (pictured) has successfully completed the Guernsey Bar exams and the Certificat d’Etudes Juridiques Françaises et Normandes at the University of Caen.
Dylan is a Partner in the firm’s Financial Services Law team in Guernsey, specialising in structuring private equity and real estate funds. His extensive banking and finance (including real estate finance and aircraft finance) experience complements his funds practice.
He was admitted as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland in 2007 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010. Dylan, who has been practising in Guernsey since 2012, is an adjunct lecturer on the Guernsey Bar course. Before moving to Guernsey, he specialised in corporate M&A work and investment funds. He also tutored on the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice course and was an editor of Butterworths Company Law in Europe.
