Sanne has been shortlisted for two awards under the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Jersey Awards 2018.
Sanne’s Executive Incentives team has been shortlisted for ‘Administration Team of the Year’, whilst assistant manager Eddy Daly is in the running for the ‘One to Watch’ Award.

“We are proud of the Executive Incentive team’s collegiate approach to training and development. Many of our staff joined Sanne through our professional learning programme, which includes on the job training whilst studying towards the ICSA qualification. Since the inception of our programme, all of our trainees have gone on to excel with their studies and many have exceeded the average ICSA pass rates in their examinations. For the past consecutive three years, our division has received a 100% pass rate.
“We aim to employ the best people, such as Eddy Daly, whose management style is calm and approachable, professional and responsive. He has first line responsibility for four team members and oversees complex transactions on a daily basis. He is also responsible for client services and relationship management, developing and mentoring the team members, task management, oversight of register records and bookkeeping functions.”
Eddy passed his ICSA Diploma in 2015 and obtained success in passing two modules at ICSA CSQS Level for Corporate Governance and Applied Business Law, which were completed in 2016/2017 respectively. He is currently studying towards the Corporate Law module of ICSA CSQS (The Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme).
Thirty-six entries from individuals and teams were received, 15 have been shortlisted in several categories, of which Sanne are shortlisted in two categories. Winners will be announced on Friday, 28 September 2018 at the annual gala ceremony at The Royal Jersey Showground.
