Henry Simpson from Ogier’s Guernsey Business and Trust Law Group has qualified and been admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey.
Having worked previously with Ogier as a bursary student, Henry recently re-joined Ogier from another offshore firm.
Henry advises on a broad range of banking, finance, regulatory, corporate and commercial matters.
In addition, Henry also advises on legal and regulatory aspects relating to private wealth structures, including Guernsey trusts and partnerships. All are disciplines central to Ogier’s Guernsey practice.
Henry, who is also qualified as an English Barrister, works in Managing Partner Marcus Leese’s team.
