Clausematch, a technology company developing solutions for regulatory compliance, has announce it has signed an agreement with Solitaire Consulting, an independent management consultancy based in Jersey.
Solitaire, a local company specialising in the deployment of systems for the trust and corporate services providers (TCSPs), has a wide network of clients and prospective customers and can make connections to technology suppliers like Clausematch.
The company is working predominantly with clients in the Channel Islands, but it also has clients in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, the Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mauritius, and Switzerland, among other international financial hubs.
This partnership is part of Solitaire’s expansion plan which includes working with Fintech and Regtech companies operating in the TCSP space. The company is especially interested in collaborations that offer the chance to both introduce technology and provide the partner with professional services to implement their solutions. Clausematch will be introduced to clients by Solitaire, who can also assist them with integrating Clausematch into their operating environment and/or with other document management solutions if necessary.
