Following the appointment of Tony Wilshin to Managing Director of Ashburton Investments International, the following staff have been promoted to senior positions in recognition of their commitment and value to the business.
Kim Perkins has been promoted to Director – People and Development, and is appointed to the Board of Ashburton (Jersey). Kim’s role will focus on cultivating a highly-skilled, dynamic and diverse workforce to set Ashburton International up for continued success. Kim commented: “I was delighted to accept an appointment to the board which I believe is a reflection of Ashburton’s culture of developing its talent internally alongside the growth of the business.”
Jane Flemmer has been promoted to Director – IT and Project Management, and is appointed to the Board of Ashburton (Jersey). This strategic leadership role will see Jane oversee information technology and facilitate project delivery. Her priorities will be to develop Ashburton’s client-focused digital strategy, client platform and cyber security. Jane commented: “I am delighted to accept this role, work with a great team and to play a part in the continued growth of the company.”
