Q3 Services Channel Islands have acquired 100% capital of Millennium Cleaning Services Limited in Jersey.
This purchase confirms Q3’s commitment to expand its businesses in both Jersey and Guernsey when opportunities occur.
Q3 welcomes José Alves, the previous owner of the business, into the Q3 team in Jersey working with Matthew Galvin.
Ken Nicolle (pictured), Managing Director of Q3 Services said: “Q3 are confident to further invest in the future of our Channel Island businesses and we look forward to developing the existing client relationships.”
MCS will continue to operate from offices by the harbour and will continue to work under the MCS brand.
Q3 were advised on the deal by Rebecca de Frietas and Chris Hendry of Viberts.
