Nominations are open from now until Friday 7 April for Jersey Finance Member firms to put forward their employees through the dedicated website pages. Firms are able to submit multiple nominations across all categories, and once entries are submitted, they will be reviewed and shortlisted by a panel of independent judges.
Shortlisted entries will then be voted for via an online polling platform, with winners being announced at the Awards ceremony at the Royal Jersey Showground on Friday 28 July.
Commenting on the awards, Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive, Jersey Finance said: “Now more than ever we recognise the importance of celebrating the wealth of talent that exists across the younger segment of our workforce. They are our future leaders and will help shape the direction of the industry, bringing new ideas and skills to their organisations and helping to maintain Jersey’s leading position as an IFC.
“With that in mind, I’m delighted to launch our 2023 Rising Stars Awards, which get bigger and better every year. Last year, we received almost 51,000 votes and I’m convinced we can surpass that again this year as we collectively celebrate the achievements of our exceptional young professionals.”
