BCR Law has announced that Advocate Christina Hall has joined the firm as a Partner within the Dispute Resolution team.
Christina (pictured) will work with Head of Dispute Resolution, Jeremy Heywood, to continue the growth and development of the firm’s Dispute Resolution offering. Christina’s particular areas of specialism and interest include contentious trusts matters, construction and property disputes, commercial litigation, and personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
A highly regarded and respected litigator, Christina has over 20 years’ experience as a Jersey advocate and was appointed as a Crown Advocate in 2015.
Christina has established herself as a leader in her field having been consistently named in legal directories and appeared regularly before all the Island’s courts, including in numerous reported cases which have significantly added to the development of the law in Jersey. Prior to joining BCR Law, Christina was Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Viberts.
