Maillard & Co have announced the appointment of John Pirouet as Group Managing Director.
John (pictured) has extensive experience in the financial services and real estate sector. His real estate experience includes being a director on a listed Real Estate Investment Trust that owns commercial properties in London with a value of more than £2bn. He has acted for large-scale clients including Middle Eastern and US Sovereign Wealth Funds, as well as Institutional German Real Estate Funds.
With 20 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry, John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Fraud Examiner, holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and the APMP qualification issued by the International Project Management Association.
John commented: “I am delighted to be moving into the local property market, to assist a strong team realise the ambitions to become the ‘go-to-firm’. People and service delivery will continue to be the number one priority whilst the firm continues to move from strength to strength.”
