Leveraged and fund finance specialist Julia Keppe has joined Ogier’s growing Banking & Finance team as a senior associate.
Julia, who has previously practiced in London and New York, joins the top-tier ranked team in Jersey led by Ogier’s European Head of Banking and Finance Katrina Edge.
Julia’s 12 years of experience with her previous firms encompasses advice to a wide range of clients including corporations, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in connection with multiple forms of debt such as fund financings, real estate financings, restructurings and complex leveraged financings.
She has expertise in managing large, complex lending transactions, spanning multiple jurisdictions.
