Kendrick Rose has been shortlisted for ‘Best client service’ at the Global Recruiter Awards 2022, recognising the best of the recruitment industry.
As finalists for Best Client Service, Kendrick Rose is up against four larger UK recruitment firms – a first for Kendrick Rose and a triumph for recruiters in the Channel Islands.

This is the first time in a long time a Jersey recruiter has been shortlisted for a global or UK recruitment award like this and it helps showcase what Channel Island recruiters are capable of to a national and international audience.”
The Global Recruiter Awards celebrate strengths and achievements across recruitment businesses in the UK and beyond. As part of its application, Shelley had to step back and analyse what Kendrick Rose does that makes its client service so special. This included submitting testimonials from clients to demonstrate the impact of client service on the recruitment process.
Founded in Jersey in 2009, Kendrick Rose finds talent for organisations across financial services, legal, accountancy, technology, IT, and commercial sectors.
Shelley said: “First-class service starts with listening. Having worked in financial services prior to starting the agency, we get the sectors in which our clients operate, the roles they are trying to fill, and the competitive environment in which they are searching. This base means we can focus on the nuances of their proposition and work to their requirements every time.
“We have relationships with clients dating back over a decade and reading the testimonials was such a lovely reminder of the impact of good recruitment and of what we have all achieved over the years.”
