HLG Associates, the Channel Islands’ specialist building and construction consultancy, has strengthened its management team with the hire of Paul Le Tissier as Associate Director of its Guernsey office.
Paul’s role will see him working on continuing the growth of HLG Associates across the Channel Islands, since merging with Lindum Consult in 2020. As Associate Director, he will be responsible for building the business’ Guernsey client base and ensuring that its high standards of professionalism and the effective delivery of its service are maintained.
Paul joins the firm after a successful career in the construction industry, with over 30 years’ experience. His career spans employment across several leading local architectural firms, through which he achieved his Chartered Architectural Technologist qualification. Additionally, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Guernsey Construction Forum and holds a degree in Surveying and Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University.
The appointment of Paul to the position of Associate Director reflects HLG Associate’s success in the Guernsey market, reflected by recent projects such as its involvement with the building of a new substation at Beau Sejour. To meet expanding demand following such projects, HLG Associates has been hiring new team members, often those just getting their start in the construction industry to meet its goal of fostering new, local talent.
