Royston Guest joins GEN UK team as Channel Islands Director

An entrepreneur at heart, Royston sold his first business after just three years. Since then, he’s built multiple businesses and works with a portfolio of fast growth businesses across diverse sectors.

Royston is the CEO of Pathways Global, a fast growth consultancy and technology business focused on helping business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs avoid costly trial and error in growing and scaling their business.

He is author of best seller Built to Grow and RISE, Start Living The Life You Were Meant To Lead exploring the mindset and psychology of success. In addition, Royston is a sort after conference speaker and executive coach.
