Ogier has been named Best Offshore Law Firm by leading independent legal directory Chambers Europe.
It’s the second time in the last three years that Ogier – which is the only law firm with offices in Guernsey, Jersey and Luxembourg – has been recognised with the prestigious award.
Partner Fabien Debroise (Luxembourg), and senior associates Anna Cochrane (Jersey) and Diana Collas (Guernsey) attended the awards ceremony in Madrid on Monday night.
The award is the latest in a string of successes for Ogier, which last year was named International Legal Team of the Year by STEP, and Best Offshore Law Firm by WealthBriefing European Awards, following similar awards from Chambers Europe, Alpha Awards and Hedgeweek in 2016.
Chambers Europe say that their awards “recognise a law firm’s pre-eminence in key countries in the region” and that “they also reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service”.
