Ocorian, the financial services group and provider of private client, fund, corporate, capital markets, and regulatory and compliance services, has made two significant new appointments to its Capital Markets team.
Juliette Challenger (pictured) joins the business as Global Head of Transaction Management and will be based in the London office, while Martin Reed joins as Head of Capital Markets – Americas. Both Juliette and Martin join Ocorian from Global Loan Agency Services (GLAS) and their expertise will prove invaluable to support the exceptional growth of the Capital Markets service line in 2022.
In her role, Juliette, who is a qualified solicitor, will be responsible for ensuring the client experience is best-in-class, managed consistently, and is delivered efficiently and in compliance with all global and local policy standards. She will also be a key participant in devising and implementing the strategy of the Capital Markets service line.
Martin brings 25 years of experience in corporate trust and agency services to his new position, including considerable expertise in syndicated loan and restructuring markets. He will be responsible for proactively growing the business in the US.
