Carey Olsen has promoted corporate lawyer Holly Brown to senior associate in Jersey.
Holly joined Carey Olsen’s Jersey office in 2013 and advises on a range of corporate, banking and finance matters, including various types of listing transactions on The International Stock Exchange.
She is also a member of the Jersey digital assets team and has acted in a number of notable fintech, crypto and blockchain matters for the firm.
