Bedell Cristin’s Guernsey team has acted as lead counsel to Ocorian on the completion of its acquisition of Trust Corporation International.
Ocorian is a global provider of corporate and fund administration, capital markets and private client services. Trust Corporation International is Guernsey fiduciary, specialising in private client services, fund administration and corporate services.
The acquisition, which was announced in August 2021 subject to regulatory approvals, will further enhance Ocorian’s ability to provide a comprehensive offering to private clients and international corporates in Guernsey.
The Bedell Cristin team, working with White & Case, was led by Guernsey Managing Partner, Kate Ovenden (pictured), assisted by Partner, Dylan Latimer and Legal Assistant, Steven Zandvliet.
