Invicta Wealth Solutions has appointed James Dumont-Gale to its board.
James joined Invicta in July 2017 and was most recently promoted to Chief Financial and Operations Officer in January this year before joining the board this month.
Invicta Wealth Solutions CEO, Jim Elliott said: “James’ appointment to the board will strengthen our team at board level. James’ financial acumen and operational awareness of our business will add value to our strategic decision making and future planning.”
Commenting on his appointment James said: “I am delighted to be joining the Invicta Board and look forward to adding my experience and insight. Good governance is at Invicta’s core, and I am looking forward to drawing on my background coupled with my operational experience.”
James originally qualified as an accountant at PwC, working in audit, before moving into the fiduciary industry. James is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance.
