Jersey based tech company SystemLabs has acquired IT security products and services distributor Redcoin, adding to their existing IT security, services and support offering.
The acquisition bolsters SystemLabs’ existing knowledge in cybersecurity and adds a wealth of security products to its roster. These include everything from preventative solutions such as firewalls, encrypted hard drives and 2-factor authentication keys to disaster recovery and remote device wiping services, providing scalable solutions for customers of all sizes.
Along with the wealth of security products and support, the acquisition sees the MD of Redcoin, Alex Blackwell, move to SystemLabs as part of the deal, adding years of expertise in cybersecurity to the SystemLabs team.

The move to acquire Redcoin comes at a time of growth for the local company after some recent new appointments of team members to meet growing demand of its clients.
