Highvern has made two promotions this month. Ellen Hibbs has been promoted to Senior Trust Manager and Ben Kemish has become an Infrastructure & Security specialist at the fiduciary business.
Ellen (shown to the left in the main picture) has been working in the trust department at Highvern for just over three years, using her time to not only lead a team in delivering a high standard of client service, but also to input on greater issues such as sustainability and environmental awareness. She was invited to take part in KIT Consulting’s ‘Build Back Better’ campaign, providing an input into how the next generation of financial services leaders can embed sustainable finance expertise in the industry.
Ellen has also been recognised by eprivateclient in their ‘Top 35 Under 35’ Private Client Practitioners in the Channel Islands for two consecutive years and was given a Silver Award in the ‘Trustee of the Year’ category of Citywealth’s Future Leaders Awards.
Ben (shown to the right in the main picture) is responsible for managing and protecting Highvern’s technology infrastructure. He has worked with the company for over thirteen years and has continued to grow with the evolution of technology and its use in an increasingly digital workspace. He was instrumental in tackling the challenges the pandemic brought to the company, adjusting systems to allow for flexible home working. His ongoing commitment and proactive attitude towards the role were recognised by Highvern in its most recent round of promotions.
Martin Hall, Managing Director of Highvern, said: “We are extremely proud to have such talented individuals in our organisation who will no doubt have a great impact on how the company is shaped in future years. We believe hard work and dedication warrant recognition in some form and there is no doubt that Ellen and Ben’s promotions are both well deserved. We look forward to watching their careers flourish at Highvern.”
