The next Grant Thornton Virtual Business Club event is ‘Managing your customer base for profit’.
The session will be moderated by Grant Thornton’s Kirsty Wheadon, Business Advisory Director and joined by David Spring, Head of Marketing.
The discussion will cover what makes a profitable customer/client, how do you identify what is good or not so good and how do you manage the least profitable.
Kirsty and David will go through a series of useful models that will help you manage your existing customer base to maximise profitability and how this can be used to gain new, profitable customers/clients.
Kirsty is a director and heads the Grant Thornton Business Advisory department in Guernsey. Kirsty and her team offer a range of services that includes audit, accounts production, fully outsourced finance functions, business plans & cash flow projections, forensic work and valuations.
