HR Now, a locally based provider of outsourced HR services, is joining forces with Jimmy Kelly, an experienced Performance Coach, to form a new business, Performance Now, offering services to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Jimmy Kelly (shown to the right in the main picture), whose clients range from individual athletes to multi-national corporations explained; “I want to create a company that supports people to operate at their best more of the time and I am delighted to be working with Becky and her team at HR Now to do this. I am fascinated by questions of human performance; what drives people to succeed, what motivates them and how they achieve success.

“I believe that with the right processes and systems in place, human potential is almost limitless. As Henry Ford famously said, “Whether you think you can, or think you can’t – you’re right”, I want to offer individuals and organisations the tools and techniques to think they can, more of the time.”

Becky Hill (shown to the left in the main picture), who founded HR Now over twelve years ago and now has a team of eight HR professionals providing interim and outsourced human resource services added: “Developing confident and effective leaders, managers and directors is extremely high on the agenda of many of our clients and we are seeing an increased demand for support in this area.

“Jimmy has a proven track record and wealth of experience in this field and I am delighted that we will be able to offer his skills to our clients.  This is the perfect partnership for HR Now, and I see it as something that will be of enormous benefit to our clients, especially as we navigate the challenges businesses face in the current environment.  Confident and competent leadership has never been more critical.”
