EY has welcomed back Max Ellis to their Guernsey office as a Senior Manager, having spent two years in EY’s Sydney office.
Max joined EY in 2010 as a school leaver from Elizabeth College and initially worked in the Guernsey office for eight years, during which time he gained experience in providing audit services to clients in the wealth and asset management industry, predominantly for private equity clients and both listed and unlisted funds.
In 2015, he first seized one of the many secondment opportunities available at EY, taking part in a short-term secondment to EY’s London office, where he gained experience within the capital markets industry. He was also identified as a potential future leader early in his career and joined EY’s Aspire programme, the EY learning and personal development programme designed for high performers to develop their future leadership skills.
Max joined EY’s Sydney office in 2019, during which time he gained further experience within the wealth and asset management industry, focusing predominantly on private equity and real estate funds, including an Australian Stock Exchange listed entity. He will continue to focus on funds clients within the wealth & asset management industry in his role as a Senior Manager in Guernsey.
