Privately-owned hotel group, Hand Picked Hotels has appointed Robert Touzel to the role of Sales and Marketing Manager Jersey.
Robert is responsible for both the AA Five Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and the AA Four Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa.
Robert, who was born and raised in Jersey and educated at Victoria College is an established sales and marketing professional with over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with luxury global hotel brands internationally, including Mandarin Oriental, the Langham Hospitality Group as well as the Athenaeum Hotel and Apartments in London.
Robert joins Hand Picked Hotels from his recent position as Director of Sales and Marketing with Jumeriah Hotel and Resorts in London.
In his new role, he’ll be responsible for helping to deliver the commercial success of the company’s two Jersey properties, both for the accommodation market and also for their extensive restaurant and bar offerings, event spaces and spa and leisure facilities.

I’m delighted to have returned to Jersey and I’m also excited to be acting as ambassador for our beautiful island and helping to attract more visitors to Jersey.”
