Jersey’s Department for Infrastructure is putting a site at La Collette up for rent.
The department has instructed local agents Buckley and Company to advertise the lease for the area to the north of the new Household Reuse & Recycling Centre as having the potential for alternative use.
It follows a review of the wider reorganisation of the La Collette area.
It’s currently used for commercial parking to a variety of users on short term agreements. The department has written to these occupiers to inform them of the imminent change.
The site is being offered for lease on a nine-year term and expressions of interest need to be in by 12 March 2018.
