Intertrust in Jersey has promoted an experienced real estate professional to the position of director in its real estate team.
Jane Stammers joined Intertrust in September 2014 as a client director and has more than 20 years’ experience in offshore administration. She has a particular focus on ensuring that strong offshore management and corporate governance are provided to the Jersey structures that the team administers.
Before joining Intertrust, Jane was a director within a large independent trust company, specialising in real estate and corporate structures. She acts as a director on a number of real estate client boards and manages a team of 50+ real estate administrators and accountants in Jersey.
Jon Barratt, head of real estate at Intertrust in Jersey, said: “Jane has a high level of experience and knowledge and we’re really pleased she is now going to play a more significant role in the leadership of the Real Estate team. She has excellent company secretarial skills and a range of expertise in the administration of real estate and corporate structures.”
