HSBC has appointed a new Head of Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) in Jersey as part of a plan to strengthen its team in the Channel Islands.
Anthony Hingley will be responsible for implementing a strategy to grow the bank’s private wealth business in the island and ensuring the PWS Channel Islands business is fully connected with HSBC’s existing Global Private Clients network.
He will particularlylook to develop relationships with clients in the bank’s Middle East, UK International, continental European, and Asian markets.
Anthony has significant experience in the global private wealth sector, having been with HSBC for the past 17 years in a range of private banking, investment, wealth planning and relationship management roles.
Most recently, he was based in Hong Kong where he was Market Head for International Private Wealth, North Asia, whilst he also has an in-depth knowledge of international markets, having worked in Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Geneva, London and the Channel Islands. He is a Certified Private Wealth Professional through the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
