Viberts is delighted to announce that Scottish Solicitor Chris Hendry, a Legal 500 ‘Rising Star’, has recently joined its Employment Team.

Chris’s appointment continues the expansion of Viberts’ busy employment practice, which undertakes Tribunal and Royal Court Litigation (recent judgments including JFSC v Mathew [2020]JRC185), provides advice on data access requests and investigations by the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (“JOIC”), handles complex business licensing, work permit and immigration matters and carries out independent workplace investigations.
