Imperium Funds, a new specialist independent fund administration provider to the closed-ended alternative funds industry and part of the Imperium Group, has appointed Charlotte Parr as Client Services Director.
Imperium Funds are expanding their Guernsey operation, with the support of the Imperium Group, a provider of trust and corporate services firm in Guernsey for ten years.
Charlotte has joined Barry McClay and Gary Mauger in the management team, and brings a knowledge of Guernsey, London and Luxembourg statutory and regulatory requirements in the funds space from her experience at a European private equity fund administrator.
Charlotte holds a Diploma in International Finance and Administration and has more than eight years’ experience in client onboarding and the fund formation process, including advising Managers on the administration, structure and regulatory requirements of their fund including FATCA, CRS, Depositary, Annex IV and ESG Reporting.
