Viberts is delighted to announce that Solicitor Paul Harben has joined the firm as a partner in its property team. With over twenty-five years experience in the Jersey property market, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and will significantly strengthen Viberts’ commercial property offering.
Educated at De La Salle College Paul was called to the English Bar in 1993 and the Jersey Bar in 1997 and has specialised in local property law for over a quarter of a century. During his career Paul has acted on behalf of investors, developers, landlords and tenants and has worked on the structuring of the legal documentation for some of Jersey’s largest recent developments including Westmount and Metropole.
Paul is also the Chair of the Jersey Law Society Conveyancing sub-committee. In his new role, Paul will provide advice on all areas of property law, with an emphasis on the commercial market including commercial property acquisitions, retail and office leases, property development and lending.
