ZEDRA completed the acquisition of Fitzgerald & Law on 30th September and has appointed Kiki Stannard to lead its global expansion services in London.
Kiki joined Fitzgerald & Law (F&L) as a Partner in 2013 and will take up her new role on 1 October 2020. She has considerable experience in advising international businesses on their global expansion strategies and has been a regular speaker at global events. Prior to joining F&L, Kiki held senior positions at RSM Tenon and Smith & Williamson. Kiki began her career in the tax team at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving on to EY.
Commenting on her new role as Managing Director of global expansion services, Kiki said: “My first task will be to lead the successful integration of F&L’s employees into the ZEDRA network. Our employees and clients remain our top priority and by joining forces with ZEDRA, we believe our people and our clients will benefit from enhanced global reach and a very positive cultural fit.”

ZEDRA has a headcount of over 585 people across 15 countries, spanning Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Europe. The total staff in the UK will now number over 130 and ZEDRA will gain a new footprint in Târgoviște, Romania as well as San Francisco in the US.
