Intertrust Group in Jersey has promoted Ellen Chislett (pictured) to Head of Capital Markets in Jersey and David Middleton and Methé Porter to Director, Fund Services. Philip Hendy has also joined the company as Head of Real Estate in Jersey.
As well as these senior appointments Intertrust Group has promoted 20 employees across the Jersey business.
Philip will lead the Real Estate team, manage the firm’s existing client relationships and grow the business. He joins Intertrust Group with more than 26 years’ experience in the property industry and more than 10 years’ experience in offshore administration.
In her new role, Ellen will lead the Capital Markets team and will be responsible for the team’s performance with the focus on complex directorships, team finances and business development. Ellen joined the organisation in 2005 as a Senior Administrator and has over 20 years’ experience in the Jersey finance industry.
David’s focus is on private equity and debt fund administration and accounting. He has 13 years’ experience in offshore finance industries and began his career in audit where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before transferring overseas specialising in the provision of financial services to private equity funds.
Methé is responsible for a large private equity client, ensuring her team continues to provide excellent client service. She has more than 15 years’ experience covering all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial reporting for alternative investments.
