Estera, a global fiduciary provider, has won ‘Trust Company of the Year – Bahamas, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands’ in Citywealth’s International Finance Centre awards and is awarded runner-up in the ‘Trust Company of the Year – Luxembourg’ category.
The awards, announced in London on Wednesday 29 January 2020, recognise outstanding achievements in Estera’s Bermuda and Cayman Islands offices as well as the expertise of the firm’s team in Luxembourg.
Estera provides offshore trust management and administration services including foundations, managed trust companies, personal pensions, private trust companies, trust formation and administration and has over 550 professionals in 11 jurisdictions.

Last year it was announced that Inflexion Private Equity will acquire Estera. Following completion, Estera will be merged with Inflexion’s existing portfolio company, Ocorian, to form a global corporate service and fund administration leader of significant scale. The combined business will be a major global player with offices in 18 key offshore and onshore jurisdictions, over 1,250 employees and which will serve over 8,000 clients.
