Intertrust has appointed Candice Tabb as HR Director in Jersey.
Candice will develop and implement the people strategy for the 354 Jersey-based employees of the global provider of tech-enabled corporate and fund solutions.
She will be responsible for defining the employee experience as well as attracting, retaining and developing talent and introducing new procedures and initiatives to enhance the working environment.
Candice has a proven track record in building teams and delivering operational improvements.
Previously, Candice was Head of Client Relations and Business Development at Mourant before moving to London in 2001. Having led the integration of the Mourant equity administration business into HBOS plc, she then moved to Barclays to run its share and cash plans globally. Candice held various roles within HR during her time at Barclays including Director of Compensation & Benefits, Global Head of Recognition, Director of Reward Communications and Chief of Staff.
Since returning to Jersey in 2017, Candice worked as a Consultant for Estera before joining Intertrust at the beginning of September.
