Ogier advised Invesco Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of NYSE-listed Invesco Ltd., on the listing of USD floating rate notes on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
Ogier acted as listing agent and worked with Herbert Smith Freehills LLP who advised on matters of English law.
