Continuum in Jersey is growing its data analytics team with the appointment of IT training specialist Jacqui Atherley.
Jacqui, who has spent over six years as a Data Manager in schools, and eight years as a Microsoft- certified trainer, will be helping Alteryx users learn how to use the data analytics software.
In addition to training, Jacqui will cover Operations functions, allowing Continuum’s Founder Dan Hare to focus on new client work as the business expands.
Earlier this year Continuum was appointed an Alteryx Premier Partner, one of just four companies in the UK to enjoy highest partner status with the global software provider.
Dan said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jacqui to the team. Alongside her expertise in IT and projectmanagement, Jacqui brings a vast level of training and coaching skills to the business. Jacqui and I worked together in the past and have kept in touch ever since, so I’m delighted that we can finallybring her skills onto the team.
“We’ve been growing Continuum gradually, but since being recognised as an Alteryx Premier Partner we’ve been looking to take on a new team member to help us develop the training side of the business. This will allow us to bring more of the latest developments and data analytics opportunities to our Channel Island clients as soon as they are released.”
Jacqui, who joins Continuum as a Consultant, has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester, and over eight years’ experience as an IT trainer in the UK and Jersey. In the short time she has been with Continuum she has already passed The Alteryx Designer Core product certification exam, which is intended to test your aptitude around the ‘core’ toolset in Alteryx.
She said: “Continuum is truly passionate about analytics and it’s brilliant to be surrounded by a team who are so committed to improving the way organisations interact with their data. I’m lovinglearning new skills in Alteryx and using my experience as an IT trainer to help make data analyticsmore accessible to a wider audience.”
