An extensive mix of nominations have been received for this year’s Guernsey Property and Construction Awards, which take place on Thursday 14 November.
Organisers say that, since the public nomination period ended on 30 June, they have been sifting through the vast amount of nominations received.
The Awards, now in their sixth year, recognise and reward those within Guernsey’s Property and building sectors who consistently go above and beyond.
“Entries have spanned a broad spectrum of skillsets and age groups,” explained the Awards co-founder and organiser Julie Todd, Managing Director of Collaborate CI Limited.
“We’ve received nominations for College of F.E. apprentice students, up to Managing Directors. There’s also been a huge influx of nominations for smaller businesses within the building and construction industry this year, which is pleasing to see,” she said.
The organisers are contacting all nominees this week to advise them of the next stage of the process, before the judging panel meets on 12 September to decide the finalists.
