Luke Olivier, Counsel, and Chris Vincent, an Associate, both at Mourant, have been listed in an exclusive list of 100 future leaders in the wealth management industry.
The list has been assembled using submissions from Citywealth’s annual Future Leaders research. This year, individuals were asked to answer questions relating to their achievements and additional responsibilities within their organisations and local communities, as well as provide evidence of the skills needed in the next generation of leaders in the industry. These submissions were reviewed by the judges of the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2019 and the Citywealth editorial team to compile the final list.
As well as wide-ranging experience in corporate, commercial, , professional negligence and insolvency and restructuring litigation, Luke Olivier has significant expertise in advising trust and corporate service providers, as well as families, in relation to trusts and foundations (both contentious and non-contentious), with a particular specialism in assisting trustees and beneficiaries with issues relating to foreign tax authorities.
Chris Vincent specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation and contentious advisory work, including multi-jurisdictional trust matters, banking, partnership, fund and company disputes. Chris’ listing follows his inclusion in the ‘Top 35 Under 35’ private client advisors alongside four other lawyers from Mourant.
